MOSCOW. Sept 6 (Interfax) - Novaport LLC, a regional airport investment company, plans to complete a deal to purchase 51% of Novosibirsk Airport Tolmachevo (RTS: ATLM) in September, Novaport General Director Mikhail Smirnov told the press in Moscow.
"We will close the deal in September. We are currently receiving documents from supervisory bodies," he said.
AeroService Complex, a Novaport structure, acquired the government stake at a Federal Property Agency auction in early March, for 2.8 billion rubles. The Federal Antimonopoly Service in June granted AeroService permission to buy the government stake in the airport at the end of June. Novaport already manages 49% of Tolmachevo airport and airports in Barnaul, Tomsk, Chita, Chelyabinsk and Astrakhan.<<<
