MOSCOW. July 27 (Interfax) - Experts from Russia's Energy Ministry and the Eurocommission will meet in August to evaluate power scenarios, which will be included into the Russia-Eurocommission 2050 roadmap for energy, the ministry said.
Agreements were reached during a meeting between Deputy Energy Ministry Anatoly Yanovsky and the director of the Eurocommission's general directorate for energy, Philip Lowe, in Moscow.
Both sides discussed finishing preparations of a working plan for the consulting commission on gas, the 2050 roadmap, and the schedule for the Energy Dialogue in the second half of 2011.
Among the issues discussed by Yanovsky and Lowe, were Russia's partnership with the Eurocommission in electricity in the Baltic region, a draft agreement on transnational infrastructural projects and partnership in nuclear power.<<<
